Paneled Pink

Paneled Pink Nails

Gradient nails are fun, but not everyone is deft with a makeup sponge. A simple alternative for a gradient inspired look is to paint each nail a different shade of the same color, with increasing darkness and intensity.

Nail Polish

Polish Used:
  • Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear - Tickled Pink
  • Sally Hansen Insta-Dri - Pink Blink
  • Sally Hansen Insta-Dri - Cruisin'
  • Aurora - 4 Alarm Fire
  • Sinful Colors - Aubergine
  • Base and top coats
Other Supplies:
  • Gold heart studs

When choosing colors, you'll want to make sure the hues are similar. For example, I chose all warm pinks with a gradual change in colors. To create this look:
  1. Apply the base colors from darkest to lightest, from thumb to pinky respectively.

  2. Apply a gold heart stud to the base of each nail, and seal on with top coat.
