Another abstract look. For this design, I combined the salt technique with some water spotting, then of course added some studs. The salt reminded me of craters on the moon, and then the polish I used for the spotting is called "Shoot the Moon," so these became moon themed nails.

Moon Dust
Another abstract look. For this design, I combined the salt technique with some water spotting, then of course added some studs. The salt reminded me of craters on the moon, and then the polish I used for the spotting is called "Shoot the Moon," so these became moon themed nails.

Violet Vapor
These kind of look like galaxy nails, but I was trying a new watercolor technique. The final effect reminds me a little of the plastic bag technique, but I like this one better. I chose purple and white polish over the black base color because I wanted a lot of light and dark contrast.

X-Men
There's no tutorial for this, but I just wanted to share my X-Men nails with you all! I'm a HUGE Marvel comics fan, so I wanted to do a comic book themed nail. For these, I just painted a white base color, then used black acrylic paint for the "sketches" of Wolverine, Cyclops, and Storm.

Mistress of Evil
FINALLY getting back to my Disney series. I combined two polishes for this look, so there will be one less mani than planned, but they both were for Maleficent and looked great together.

Tropically Teal
Even though it is far from summer, this weather has been pretty summery, and it is making me want to go to Hawaii. With that in mind, I decided to do something tropical with some quick stamping, and the added a stud and some glitter.

My Beating Heart
I saw these flashing nail art elements, and thought I should try it out. I went with the heart shaped sticker and some +Bundle Monster stamping for the letters. I kept the design simple to let the heart shine (literally and figuratively).

Happy St. Patrick's Day
Hope you are all wearing green today! I'm sporting these green nails, but that's about as festive as my day is going to get. No green beer in my future, but I did eat corned beef and cabbage the other night.

Midnight Mermaid
I'm always a fan of black and gold, so I decided to do a black and gold mermaid look. With some +Bundle Monster stamping and a bevy of pearls and studs, this look is pretty simple to create.

Sea Glass Serenity
Foil is a quick and simple way to add some pizzazz to a mani. Inspired by sea glass, I chose a mint/aqua base color, added some silver foil, and topped it off with a matte top coat.

A-Town Down
Peace up, A-Town down. :) I'm headed to Atlanta today, so I thought these nails would be appropriate. I'll be representing the Atlanta Braves on my digits while I'm out there.

Each box contains three hand-picked pieces, worth an average of $200 per set, that fit your style preferences or wishlist. Return your Rocksbox pieces anytime and as often as you like, and you'll be sent a new set for your enjoyment. You also have the option to buy anything you just can't let go. This service is perfect for those who want a lot of designer jewelry, but are on a budget, or maybe just like to change their collection all the time.
Strawberry Delight
Just something quick and sweet. A dotticure and some fimo strawberries. The dots didn't quite turned out as I pictured in my head, but it probably only bothers me since only I know what's going on in there.

Cheshire Cat
"If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there." -Cheshire Cat. That's kind of how I feel right now in my job hunt, as I try to find a career and move onto the next chapter of my life. I'm definitely Alice standing at the crossroads, trying to decide which way to go.

Kiss Me
Just something quick and simple today. Any nail art beginner can create this fun flirty look. One of the many things I love about nail charms is that they really upgrade a look and all you have to do is glue them on.

Circle of Life
"Nants ingonyama bagithi Baba!" If you've every wondered what that means, it translates to "Here comes a lion, Father." I Googled. "Circle of Life" is my favorite song in the Broadway version of The Lion King, so when I saw this stamping plate, I knew I had to do a "Circle of Life" scene. This is yet another unofficial Disney mani. Maybe I should start a second series.

Fire Engine Fab
This look is inspired by a design by @jini_unistella, but I changed it up a little using different colors and different studs. This past weekend I went to my friend's bachelorette party, which had a fireman theme since the bride-to-be is marrying a fireman. We all wore black with red accents, so I did red nails of course. Yesterday's post is what my other hand looked like.

Posh Punk
Although this mani may look tricky, it is actually quite simple. Nail tape is used to create the negative spacing, the plaid and tweed nails are stamped, and studs are added for a more edgy appeal.
