Nope. That’s how I feel about this Christmas season being over already. I love Christmas, and I feel like this month always flies by! I didn’t get to do nearly as many Christmas nails as I wanted to, so Grumpy Cat is helping me express my dissatisfaction.

Be My Valentine

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone! As a single lady, I'm spending my Valentine's Day with the family for a BBQ, but I hope all you love birds out there are having a love-filled day :)

True Love's Kiss

This is the 13th look in my Disney series!  Sleeping Beauty!  I debating whether to even write a tutorial for this since I didn't really do pictorial pics (I was in a hurry), but here is it anyway.

Mistress of Evil

FINALLY getting back to my Disney series.  I combined two polishes for this look, so there will be one less mani than planned, but they both were for Maleficent and looked great together.

Cheshire Cat

"If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there." -Cheshire Cat.  That's kind of how I feel right now in my job hunt, as I try to find a career and move onto the next chapter of my life.  I'm definitely Alice standing at the crossroads, trying to decide which way to go.

Lucifer

a.k.a. Rucifee (as Jaq pronounces it), is the devilish pet cat of Lady Tremaine, the evil step-mother.  While the evil step-mother is the true villain in Cinderella, she isn't a fun choice for nail art.  So, I decided to paint Lucifer instead for the eleventh look in my Disney series.

Poor Unfortunate Souls

"Poor unfortunate souls.  In pain, in need."  Ursula is based on the "sea witch" character in Hans Christian Andersen's story The Little Mermaid.  In the Disney version, she's a purple skinned, octopus bodied, sorceress.  This is the TENTH look in my Disney series!  I'm glad it's a good one and turned out nicely.

Mirror Mirror

"Mirror, mirror, on the wall.  Who's the fairest of them all?"  I'm back to Snow White again for the ninth look in my Disney series.  I'm using one of the villain Beautifully Disney sets, so of course this look is the Evil Queen.

Lights In The Sky

The "lights in the sky" are what eventually give Rapunzel the courage to leave her tower.  Today's mani is pretty simple in terms of freehand painting.  Initially, I was going to do the whole lantern scene with Rapunzel and Flint in the boat, but it didn't look good, so I scraped it and started over.  Luckily, acrylic paint wipes off with some water.  I went with a single lantern instead for the eighth look in my Disney series.

You Wish

Aladdin used his wishes to win the heart of Princess Jasmine.  For days now, the song, "Prince Ali," has been stuck in my head.  It is a very catchy tune.  But anyways...this is the seventh look in my Disney series.

Colors of the Wind

"Do you paint with all the colors of the wind?"  I do :)  The sixth nail design in my Disney series is Pocahontas.  I decided to paint Meeko, Pocahontas' raccoon, for a cute woodsy look.

Part Of Your World

"I've got gadgets and gizmos a-plenty.  I've got whozits and whatzits galore."  This song could be about my nail art collection, but it is from "Part of Your World," from The Little Mermaid.  Here is the fifth installment in my Disney series.

Just One Bite

My first post of 2015 is a Snow White nail, which was Disney's first full-length animated film.  This is the fourth look in my Disney series using the Beautifully Disney polish sets.

Stroke of Midnight

Today is New Year's Eve, but I can still make a Disney mani work.  The third look in my Disney series is Cinderella.  Like New Year's Eve, Cinderella's fun and magic ends at midnight.

Change Your Fate

"If you had a chance to change your fate, would you?"  The second nail design in my Disney series is Merida from Brave.  My freehand painting didn't quite turn out how I wanted it to, so I don't think it really looks like Merida.  But I painted it with my left hand!  If you take that into consideration, then it seems a lot better.

Reflection

Mulan is the 8th official member of Disney's Princess franchise, and the first East Asian princess.  This mani incorporates some detailed freehand painting and stamping.

Little Mermaid

The last polish in the Disney Fairytale Nail Polish set is Ariel.  I decided to paint the more cutesy POP version of Ariel for the feature nail.  For the blue nails, I used several different glitter polishes that looked like a part of Ariel's world under the sea (see what I did there?).

Beauty and the Beast

Belle is the third of four polishes in the Disney Fairytale Nail Polish set.  For this look, the tips of the nails are painted to look like Belle's gown.

Snow White

Poisoned apple anyone?  Snow White is another polish in the Disney Fairytale Polish Set.  With a bright red polish, I had to do the infamous poisoned apple.
