Nope

Grump Cat Nail Art

Nope. That’s how I feel about this Christmas season being over already. I love Christmas, and I feel like this month always flies by! I didn’t get to do nearly as many Christmas nails as I wanted to, so Grumpy Cat is helping me express my dissatisfaction.

Nail Polish

Polish Used:
  • NCLA – These Grades Are Just A Jumping Off Point
  • Wet n Wild Fergie - No Place Like Home
  • Beautifully Disney - Just One Bite
  • Bundle Monster Stamping Lacquer - Black Noir
  • Base and top coats

Other Supplies:
  • Bundle Monster stamping plate – BM-S162 (grumpy cat)
  • Rubber stamper
  • Round gold studs

The Grumpy Cat stamp has a really cool background of triangles, but you can’t see much of it with my short nails. It is definitely a better design for longer nails…but I’m growing mine out again. To create this look:
  1. Apply the base colors – ring finger in white, the rest in green.

  2. Use the reverse stamping method for the Grumpy Cat nail. Use black stamping lacquer to stamp Grump Cat.  While the image is still on the stamper, fill in the background with sparkly red polish. If you are using a clear stamper, you can press the design directly on your nail. If you are using a regular stamper, you’ll need to cover the design in top coat to create a decal.

  3. Add round gold studs to the base of all the other nails.
