It is finally fall!!! The official first day was yesterday, so it is time to trade in the palm trees for falling leaves.
The Caution: Extremely Hot collection by Artistic Nail Design is all about spicy foods, but it is also about fall. One of the first signs of fall is the changing of the leaves, and the brown and coral cremes from this collection are perfect for a fall leaf mani.
Polish Used:
- Artistic Colour Revolution - Too Much Sauce
- Artistic Colour Revolution - Just Roll With It
- Born Pretty Store - gold stamping polish
- Base and top coats
Other Supplies:
- Creative Shop 50 stamping plate - leaves
- Gold foil
- Tweezers
- Silicone mat
- Stamper
If you don't have a silicone mat, you can use two stampers to create the smoosh marble. Just add paint to one stamper, then smoosh with another. To create this look:
- Apply the base colors - middle and ring fingers in Too Much Sauce, and the rest in Just Roll With It.
- Add drops of Too Much Sauce and Just Roll With It to a silicone mat and smoosh the polish with a stamper to create a marbled look. Then stamp the polish onto the middle finger. Repeat the process for the ring finger.
- Use gold stamping polish to stamp a leaf pattern on the middle and ring fingers.
- Add gold foil to the sides of the index, pinky, and thumb.
