Easter manis are all about the pastel colors. For an understated, but obviously Easter look, try some pastel color blocking.

I loved the
simple color block look of the High Standards mani I did a couple weeks ago, so
I decided to recreate the look with pastels for Easter. To create this look:
- Apply the
base colors. You can put them in any order, but here is the order I used (thumb
to pinky) – blue, pink, green, purple, and yellow.
- Working one
nail at a time, use a nail vinyl or nail tape across the middle of the nail.
Paint the tip of the nail in a different color than the base. I tried to
arrange the colors so that the same colors were not on adjacent nails (i.e., a
purple base is not next to a purple tip). The color order I used, again from
thumb to pinky, is purple, yellow, blue, pink, and green
- Apply rose
gold nail tape across each nail to separate the two colors.
