The lunar phase describes the shape of the illuminated portion of the moon. I've always been a fan of the moon nails I see people doing, and these decals make it super easy.
I received these moon decals from Born Pretty Store in exchange for an honest review. They are pretty standard water transfer decals. There are 70 moons total, ranging in different sizes and moon phases. There are 6 rows of large moons for long nails, and and 6 rows of smaller moons for short nails. The crescents can be a little tricky to apply, but not impossible...just do it carefully.

This is a really quick and easy design. Decals are always a quick fix mani. To create this look:
- Apply a black base color.
- Apply the moon decals to each nail. Each nail should be a different phase of the moon, from full to crescent. Seal each decal on with regular top coat. If you like shiny nails, you can stop here.
- Apply a matte top coat.
