- NCLA - Valley Girl
- Base and top coats
Other Supplies:
- Loose glitter confetti
- Donut cabochon
- Krazy Glue
Glitter is a quick and easy mani, and still a lot of fun. To create this look:
- Apply the base color using Valley Girl.
- Glue a donut cabochon on the ring finger.
- Apply a layer of top coat, or polish and sprinkle glitter on the tips of each nail.
