Haunting Halloween

Haunting Halloween Nail Art

One more black and orange mani before it is too late! I didn't get to do as many Halloween looks as I wanted to this year, but I still have a couple more days.

I'm dressing as Beetlejuice for Halloween. My office has a costume contest and this year's theme is 80's movies. I really wanted to do Labyrinth, but Sarah's gown is pretty elaborate. Really I just wanted to do Labyrinth nails, so I might still have to do those. I will be doing Beetlejuice nails though, so stay tuned!

Polish Used:
  • Bundle Monster - Orange Peel
  • Sinful Colors - UFO
  • China Glaze - Boo-gie Down
  • Maybelline Color Show - Twilight Rays
  • Base and top coats
Other Supplies:
  • Uber Chic Mat

I'm glad I got to squeeze in a black and orange drip marble before Halloween! To create this look:
  1. Create drip marble decals.
    • Using an Uber mat or other silicone mat, drip all the polish colors in a small area, then turn and tilt the mat to create the marble swirls. I like to make more decals then I need, so I can choose the best designs.
    • Once dry, working one nail at a time, apply a coat of polish then adhere the decal. Trim and clean up the excess and seal on with top coat.
  2. When you are ready to switch things up, add some stamping over the nails. Use hehe stamping plate 026 with black stamping polish. And finish it off with a bow :)
