Stay In Your Lane

Inspired by @amyle.nails. Amy Le has such amazing designs and I've been meaning to re-create one of her looks. This one is kind of a combination of a couple of her designs.

The dusty mauve and rich purple shimmer pair nicely, and these two beauties are from the Detour Allure Fall 2020 collection by Artistic Nail Design. 

Polish Used:

• Artistic Colour Gloss - Stay In Your Lane
• Artistic Colour Gloss - Be There In 10!
• Artistic Correction Gel
• Gel base and top coats

Other Supplies:

• UV/LED lamp
• Nail art brush
• Iridescent rhinestones

Simple geometric nails are classic and clean but still impactful. To create this look:

1. Apply a gel base coat and cure, followed by the Artistic Correction Gel and cure again. This will create a nice transparent base for the negative space.
   
2. Use a nail art brush to paint half a French tip with the purple shimmer polish and cure.
   
3. Use a nail art brush to paint the other half of the nail with a dusty mauve and cure.
   
4. Apply a gel top coat, and place an iridescent rhinestone where the two colors connect. Curing will set the rhinestone in place.
