October is finally here! That means Halloween nails! My fav!
Okay, enough with the exclamation points...but I am really excited for October. Time to break out the Halloween decorations. In honor of this glorious month, I'm doing a Halloween mani with the last polish from the Detour Allure Fall 2020 collection by Artistic Nail Design. I Have Connections is a steel blue creme that is perfect for my dusk skyline full of bats.
Polish Used:
- Artistic Colour Gloss - I Have Connections
- Sally Hansen Insta-Dri - Black To Black
- Born Pretty Store - black stamping polish
- Base and top coats
Other Supplies:
- UV/LED lamp
- Lina stamping plate - Spooklicious! 01
- Clear stamper
- Makeup sponge
I used a makeup sponge for the gradient in this design since I wanted a little grainy look. To create this look:
- Apply the base color with I Have Connections and cure.
- Use a makeup sponge to create a gradient. Since I used gel for the base, I used black polish and clear top coat to create the gradient.
- Stamp black bats on each nail.
I love bats and this is like totally awesome :-D
