Bubbles & Fizz from Artistic Nail Design's Sippin' Pretty collection is a fun holo glitter that is sure to get the party started. It looks great as a top coat to add a bit of shimmer, or full coverage for all the glittery goodness.

• Base coat
• No-wipe gel top coat

Other Supplies:

• Makeup sponge
• Sponge brush
• Holo powder
• Various sized pearls
• Various sized clear rhinestones
• Nail glue

Pairing a nude with holo adds a little sophistication to balance out all that sparkle. To create this look:

1. Nude Holo Tips
• Apply a nude base color to the index and middle fingers.
• Apply a layer of no-wipe gel top coat.
• Apply holo powder to the tips using a sponge brush.
• Dab on Bubbles & Fizz to add a little more glitter to the tips.
  
2. Jeweled Tip
• Apply Bubbles & Fizz to a makeup sponge (this concentrates the glitter). Then, dab onto the ring finger, pinky, and thumb.
• Glue various pearls and clear rhinestones to the tip of the ring finger.
• Seal on with gel top coat.
  
3. Thumb
• Glue a large pearl on the base of the thumb.
