Lavish Leopard

Hello 2023! It has been awhile since I posted, but I'm back with the My Choice Spring 2023 collection by Artistic Nail Design.

I was lucky enough to be gifted a set, and it is just my style. It is a unique play on a traditional spring palette, inspired by the dynamic effect of layering and combining colors. (Cue the montage of marble manis I have planned). Spring makes you think of pastels, and I like that the polishes in this collection have a cool tone that adds some sophistication. 

If you've read my other posts, you know I love a good mauve, so first up is On To The Next. This color is great alone for a clean professional look. It also looks great with a little spice.

Polish Used:

• Artistic Colour Revolution - On To The Next
• Base and top coats

Other Supplies:

• Rose gold nail tape
• Leopard print nail wraps

If you are like me, after you open some nail wraps, you have a ton of leftover pieces (especially if you have short nails). Use them to create a couple accent nails. To create this look:

1. Apply a base coat followed by the base color, On To The Next.
   
2. Choose one or two nails on each hand for an accent nail, and apply a leopard print nail wrap on half the nail. Then add rose gold nail tape along the edge, and seal on with top coat.
   
3. Mix things up and do a combination of vertical and horizontal coverage with the nail wraps.
