Queen of Hearts

Queen of Hearts

As I mentioned yesterday, here is another Alice in Wonderland themed nail design!  Again, these are not part of my official Disney series since I didn't use the Beautifully Disney polishes, but they are still very Disney.  For this look, I used a combination of stamping, freehand painting, and 3D elements.

Alice in Wonderland

Alice in Wonderland Nail Art

These aren't officially part of my Disney series since I didn't use the Beautifully Disney polishes, but I was in a Disney mood and wanted to do some stamping.  The stamped designs are from the new Secret Garden stamping set by +Bundle Monster, and they work wonderfully with my Wonderland theme.

Loves Me, Loves Me Knot

Nautical Valentine's Day Nail Art

Back to cute looks, but still different.  I chose the design based on the +Bundle Monster stamp which has a bunch of hearts made out of knots.  It has a nautical feel, so I added an anchor and a pink and blue color scheme.

A Zombie Stole My Heart

Zombie Nail Art

For all my zombie loving friends out there, you know what today is...the return of The Walking Dead!!!!  So of course I had to do some zombie nails.  I still wanted to keep with my Valentine's theme, so I painted an anatomical heart, and added the words, "a zombie stole my heart."  In real life (assuming zombies are real), it would be more accurate to state, "a zombie ate my heart," but that isn't very Valentine-y.

Dangerous Beauty

Valentine's Day Nail Art

Since I've had a few fun and cutesy looks in a row, I thought it was time for something darker.  This oxblood polish with gold stud and spike accents is romantic, in a deadly kind of way.

Loveasaurus Rex

Loveasaurus Rex Dinosaur Nail Art

Rawr!  It means I love you in dinosaur. You can make almost anything into a Valentine's nail...case and point, this mani.  Dinosaurs + hearts + pink = Valentine's Day nail art.  Ever since I got the CYO 2014 set of stamping plates by +Bundle Monster, I've been wanting to do a dinosaur nail.  Since I'm doing nothing but Valentine's nails until Valentine's Day, I decided to combine to two themes for this lovely prehistoric look.

Conversation Hearts

Conversation Heart Nail Art

Growing up, conversation hearts were the staple candy that always got passed out in class on Valentine's Day.  I'm more of a chocolate girl myself, but in general I love all candy (except black licorice).  So, the Valentine holiday would not be complete without some conversation heart nails.

Houndstooth Hearts

Houndstooth Heart Nail Art

I first did a houndstooth heart as one of the nails in my BRFS Fall Fashion - Part 1 design.  I've always wanted to do that look again, so here they are.  I did it in white and red this time for a more Valentine's vibe.

Owl Always Love You

Owl and Heart Nail Art

I love owls, and I love this new owl stamping plate!  The owl I used in this mani has a heart shaped face, so I turned it into a Valentine's look with some hearts and a red and white color scheme.

Sinfully Sweet

Valentines Nail Art

I'm trying to do a mix of sultry and sweet manis for all my Valentine's looks.  This one is more of a darker, seductive look with the black and red, but still sweet looking at the same time with all the swirls and hearts.

Patchwork Hearts

Patchwork Hearts Nail Art

It's February, so that means it is time for some Valentine's Day nails.  Up first, patchwork hearts.  Sometimes hearts get broken, but they can be fixed.  The hearts are stamped using +Bundle Monster stamping plates and then colored in using the leadlight technique.
