This is a really fast one. To create this look:

1. Apply a base coat.
2. Apply a water transfer decal to each nail.
3. Seal the decal on with top coat.
4. Use a nail art brush and acetone to dissolve to excess decal on your skin and tip, then apply another layer of top coat.
