This is the design from High Standards, but with different colors.
Adding different colored tips and some nail tape is a quick way to create some minimalist nail art. I had a job interview on Friday, so I had to have "professional" nails. I went with a nice mauve, called Vintage Girl from Madam Glam. Saturday, I was going wine tasking and wanted something a little more fun, so I added rose gold tips and rose gold nail tape.
Polish Used:
- Madam Glam - Vintage Girl
- Forever 21 - Metallic Rose Gold
- Base and top coats
- Rose gold nail tape
This was a last minute design, so there aren't pictorial photos, but you can see them in High Standards. The directions are also pretty easy to follow. To create this look:
- Apply the base color using Vintage Girl.
- Use nail tape or a vinyl to section off half the nail, paint the tips rose gold, and remove the tape.
- Add a strip of rose gold tape across the nails to divide the sections.
