It would be really handy to know magic right now. I could just "accio" anything into my life.
I really wanted to do the gold in a foil or chrome powder, but I could not stamp with the gel polish. Not sure if it is just me, or if that doesn't work in general. But I ran out of cotton pads for nail polish remover, and I can't just run out in this quarantine. So, my experimentation was limited. The regular gold stamping still looks okay though.
Polish Used:
- China Glaze - Tempest
- Born Pretty Store - gold stamping polish
- Base and top coats
Other Supplies:
- Creative Shop stamping plate 69 (Always)
- Mundo de Unas stamping plate - Harry Potter
- Clear stamper
- Gold nail charm (#47267 from Born Pretty Store)
- Krazy Glue
Inspired by the box for the chocolate frogs. To create this look:
- Apply a pearlescent blue base color.
- Use gold stamping polish to stamp various Harry Potter designs on each nail - "Always" on thumb, HP/hat on index, deathly hallows sign on middle, spells on ring finger, and golden snitch on the pinky.
- Glue a triangular gold nail charm on the base of the index finger.
Even after all this time? Always.
Fab manicure :-D
