Tropically Teal

Tropically Teal Nail Art

Even though it is far from summer, this weather has been pretty summery, and it is making me want to go to Hawaii.  With that in mind, I decided to do something tropical with some quick stamping, and the added a stud and some glitter.

Nail Polish

Polish Used:
  • Wet n Wild Fergie - Miami Spirit
  • Sally Hansen Triple Shine - Seanic
  • Bundle Monster Stamping Lacquer - Liquid Gold
  • OPI - Gold Shatter
  • Base and top coats
Other Supplies:
  • Bundle Monster stamping plate - BM-713 (pineapples)
  • Rubber stamper
  • Gold seashell stud

This design is really simple, and really fast to paint.  To create this look:
  1. Apply a teal base color.

  2. Use gold stamping polish to stamp pineapples (BM-713) on the ring finger.

  3. Paint gold crackle polish on the pinky.

  4. Paint a few coats of Seanic on the index finger.  The number of coats depends on how much glitter you want.  One coat looks nice, but so does three.  I used three here.

  5. Add a gold seashell stud to the base of the middle finger.

    1. Thank you!!! The teal is very bright and summery and looks great with the golds. I highly recommend it.
