Pretty Plaid

A simple stamped mani for today.  The last time I did a plaid look, I went bold, so this time I decided on a softer look with mint and pink polish and a silver glitter accent nail.

I received this plaid stamping plate from Born Pretty Store in exchange for an honest review.  The plate has three plaid designs and a couple sort of Moroccan patterns.  I love plaid nails, but hand painting them can be a pain.  These stamped versions are perfect solution and stamp well.  I like that there are different plaid print options so you can do a lot of different looks.

Polish Used:

• Forever 21 - Mint
• Sinful Colors - Cream Pink
• Miss Kiss - Chrome Crazy
• Princessa - chunky silver glitter
• Base and top coats

• Rubber stamper

Be sure to stamp this design fairly quickly and smoothly.  Some of my lines got a little smudgy since I pressed too hard on the stamper.  To create this look:

1. Apply the base colors - ring finger in Chrome Crazy and the rest in Mint.
   
2. Use Cream Pink to stamp a plaid design on all the mint nails.
   
3. Apply a few coats of chunky silver glitter polish to the ring finger.
